The warranty they provide is void only under the following circumstances – the engine or transmission has been used for racing, the engine or transmission was not properly installed, and the engine or transmission has not been provided with proper cooling or lubrication needed.

Some of the other conditions under the warranty are – the warranty on engine parts is valid for six months, while the warranty on transmission parts is valid for 90 days. Refund will not be provided for misdiagnosed or misordered parts. In case the parts of either engine or transmission have been used for diagnostic purposes the warranty is void.

Engine and transmission world is not responsible for damages caused by modifications done to the product, improper installation, or use of product with incompatible accessories and parts. They do not accept Freight Collect for anything. The warranty provided by them is in the place of other warranties whether implied or expressed. This warranty can not be changed in any way irrespective of who they are. Extended warranty will be provided at extra cost. The extended warranty comes into effect 500 miles or 14 days from the time the engine or transmission has been installed. In the states of WA and FL they do not provide extended warranty.
